• Find your receipt. We will note all information about your guarantee by the contract number.

• Call immediately, if a plant does not appear healthy. We will have you talk to a Beaver Bark Garden Buddie. Guarantee is voided if you do not contact us prior to the expiration date (October 31st)

• Bring the plant in to show your Beaver Bark Garden Buddie. We will figure out what happened and make sure you succeed this time because we can only replace it once.

If you find a pest within one week from your purchase we will provide the solution free of charge. Please bring a sample of the pest in a sealed zip lock bag, for review by your Garden Buddie within one week of the purchase.

• All plants USDA Zone 6 or lower.

• Only plants purchased at regular full retail price are guaranteed. You may purchase sales items at full price to retain a full guarantee. Call within one week to pay any balance required.
