We guarantee our trees and shrubs to be true to name and variety and be disease and insect free at time of purchase. Our goal is to provide you with the best quality nursery plants and service possible. We guarantee to do our job to the highest standards and trust that you will do the same in caring for your plants.

Contact our experts at the first sign of decline or abnormality of your nursery purchase. If contacted soon enough, we may be able to assist you in correcting any problems. We will allow a one time replacement for any tree, shrub, or perennial that has been properly planted and cared for but failed to grow within a 6 month period. This guarantee does not cover damage or dieback caused by severe seasonal conditions, animal browsing or insect damage.

Simply present your original receipt and plant for replacement or an in-store credit. Replacement plants under these terms carry no further guarantee. This guarantee does not apply to annual, tropical, indoor houseplants, nor any plants planted in aboveground containers or greater than USDA Zone 6 standards. Any discounted plant purchases void any guarantee and are sold “as is”.
